Written scope
Every serious project should have an approved scope, proposal, invoice or written agreement before work begins.
Shared responsibility
Timeline Soft handles the technical work. Clients provide timely content, approvals, access and accurate business information.
No false promises
We work carefully, but search rankings, ad results, app approvals, third-party uptime and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
This page is written for transparency and everyday project use. It does not replace legal advice or a custom signed agreement. If a signed proposal, statement of work or contract says something different, that signed document controls for that project.
Agreement to These Terms
By visiting this website, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, making a payment, sharing project access or using Timeline Soft services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for that company.
Timeline Soft may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above.
Services Covered
Timeline Soft provides digital services for businesses, brands and agencies. These may include:
- Website design, WordPress theme development, landing pages and website redesign.
- Web development, web apps, custom software, ecommerce websites and business automation.
- Mobile app development, mobile app QA, software QA and game testing.
- Local SEO, Google Business Profile support, Google Ads, Meta Ads and conversion improvement.
- Managed web hosting, SSL setup, website maintenance, backups, security updates and technical support.
Specific deliverables, timelines and prices are confirmed in the proposal, invoice, message thread or written scope approved by the client.
Quotes, Proposals and Project Scope
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. A quote may change if requirements change, if important details were missing, or if the client requests extra pages, features, integrations, languages, content, design directions or revisions outside the approved scope.
A project normally begins after Timeline Soft confirms the scope, receives the agreed initial payment, and receives the required materials or access from the client.
If a request is not listed in the approved scope, Timeline Soft may treat it as additional work and quote it separately.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, feedback and access needed to complete the work. This may include business details, service descriptions, images, videos, product data, brand files, hosting access, domain access, WordPress access, analytics access, ad account access, payment gateway details or third-party platform access.
The client must confirm that they have the right to use any text, logo, image, video, font, product data, customer review or other material they provide. The client is also responsible for checking final content for accuracy before launch.
Payments, Deposits and Late Payments
Payment terms are shown in the proposal or invoice. Timeline Soft may request an initial deposit before starting work, milestone payments during the project, and final payment before launch, handover or delivery of source files.
Work may pause if payments are overdue. Delayed payments, delayed content, delayed access or delayed feedback can move the project timeline. Fees paid for completed work, reserved production time, purchased licenses or third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Revisions, Changes and Approvals
Reasonable revisions are included only when they fit the approved scope and revision allowance. A revision means improving or adjusting approved work. It does not mean starting again with a new direction, adding new features, changing the strategy after approval, or rebuilding completed sections without a new scope.
When the client approves a design, page, feature, campaign setup or launch step, Timeline Soft may treat that item as accepted. Later changes may require extra time and cost.
Third-Party Platforms, Tools and Accounts
Many digital projects depend on third-party services such as WordPress plugins, hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms, Google services, Meta services, payment gateways, analytics tools, stock assets, APIs, app stores, CRMs, automation tools and security tools.
Timeline Soft is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, platform review decisions, API changes, plugin bugs or service limits outside our direct control. The client is responsible for third-party fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.
SEO, Ads and Marketing Results
SEO, Google Business Profile work, Google Ads, Meta Ads and conversion improvement are affected by market demand, competition, budget, website quality, reviews, tracking, platform policies and customer behavior. Timeline Soft can improve structure, content, tracking, campaigns and landing pages, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking, lead volume, sale, revenue amount or ad approval.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate claims, offers, pricing, legal disclaimers and industry compliance information for ads and landing pages.
Hosting, Maintenance and Security
Maintenance may include updates, backups, monitoring, small fixes, malware checks, content changes or support depending on the selected plan. Unless a maintenance plan is active, Timeline Soft is not responsible for ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, plugin conflicts or future fixes after launch.
No website, server or software can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should protect passwords, use strong authentication, avoid sharing credentials publicly and tell Timeline Soft quickly if they suspect unauthorized access.
Ownership, Licenses and Portfolio Use
After all agreed payments are complete, the client owns the final approved custom work created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licenses, open-source licenses, plugin terms, font licenses, stock asset licenses or platform terms.
Timeline Soft may reuse general knowledge, ideas, workflows, code patterns and non-confidential techniques learned during work. Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or a signed agreement says otherwise, Timeline Soft may show completed public work in its portfolio, case studies, social media or proposals.
Confidentiality and Project Access
Timeline Soft will treat private client information, login credentials, business documents and unpublished project details with reasonable care. Clients should only share access that is necessary for the project and should remove or rotate access after work is complete when appropriate.
If a project requires special confidentiality rules, an NDA or industry-specific requirements, those must be agreed in writing before sensitive work begins.
Limitations, Warranties and Liability
Timeline Soft provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, services are provided without guarantees that a website, app, campaign or software will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully compatible with every future third-party update, or commercially successful.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Timeline Soft is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform penalties, third-party failures or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to Timeline Soft for the affected service unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation and Paused Projects
If a client cancels or pauses a project, Timeline Soft may invoice for work already completed, time reserved, third-party purchases, licenses, research, planning, design, development, testing or setup performed before cancellation. If a client does not respond for an extended period, Timeline Soft may pause the project and revise the timeline or cost before restarting.
Governing Terms and Contact
These terms are intended to support Timeline Soft's standard service workflow from its business location in Bangladesh while serving clients locally and internationally. Any dispute should first be discussed in good faith so both sides can try to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@timelinesoft.com or discussed through the contact page.
